The narrator of *quot;Perverted Passion*quot; informs the viewer that he/she is responsible for the making of this porn film because the viewer *quot;voted to cut government spending*quot; (in California, where the film was shot), and thus one voyeuristic mental case with a hang-up for and is released early from an institution, and a motorcycle-riding thug is released early from prison due to these budget cuts. Despite all the obvious silliness on display, it has to be noted that *quot;Perverted Passion*quot; is made with much more skill than was necessary for a film of this type. The story lines involving the voyeur and the thug are realistic, and the actors in the roles could not be more convincing. The - scenes are very vivid and real, so real as to be quite disturbing. Finally, the explicit sex scenes are performed by a very attractive cast of unknowns and the sex scenes themselves are very hot and erotic. So, *quot;Perverted Passion*quot; winds up being a better-than-it-needs-to-be piece of porn cinema from the days when people who made these kinds of films actually put some thought and effort into their work.
